The NiteWhite ACP 22% Carbamide Peroxide Whitening Gel which I purchased on Amazon did not seem to be as effective as the product I had purchased at my dentist a while ago (for a much higher price). That was called Excel3 Nite White Z-CP by Discus Dental. I guess I need to read the fine print before I purchase online and make sure it is an equivalent product.

I use this with molds made by my dentist.

Initially I purchased nite-white thru my dentist, but he sold at a price almost 4 times more than I can get it on the web (it discounts 75% or so if you really shop).

I drink coffee by the gallon, and have teeth that are susceptible to staining.

Using nite white for 1 hour, on consecutive days, gets the teeth as white as can be. That doesn't mean pure white teeth for everyone, because some teeth are naturally brighter white than others.

I do my teeth every 3 months, or whenever I think they need it.

It really works as advertised, and is safe when properly used. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Use only the tiniest drop for each tooth (the package shows the actual size drop you should use). Using too much is not a smart thing - don't even try it.

It works but hurts my teeth. I only do it about once every 4 days because of the sensitivity it causes my teeth. I like this better than the 35% because it will not burn the gums. You have to keep this on longer though.

This seller of this product enticed me by price... however the product was garbage. I have used 20% in the past from my dentists office and it worked very well. This product was like the garbage you buy in the drug store or something. The strength is not as advertised and it must be a counterfeit. I went through two syringes and it did nothing to whiten my teeth. Normally, I use one syringe and my teeth are like BLING!!!!!

You have to put these things in almost boiling water, then put them directly on your teeth and gums. Then you have to hold them there for about a minute while they form.

I don't have have sensitive teeth/gums and it wasn't real great for me so I don't think people with sensitive teeth/gums would be real happy about it.

It is also a little hard to form them properly to the front AND backs of your teeth.

To say this product is thin is an understatement! From the time it was delivered it quickly turned into a water thin substance. It runs all over the place and does not stay on the surface you intend to bleach. Instead it runs onto the biting surface of your teeth and runs down your gums burning the be-junior out of your gums and sensitizing your teeth... and I use MI paste to prevent any sensitivity! There are NO CRYSTALS and that's a total disadvantage. ANY money spent on this item is money wasted!

FINAL UPDATE.

Okay... soooo after many applications I have quit using this stuff a while ago. It doesn't work... I don't know if the supplier has bad/expired thus discounted batches or what...had to press the syringe against my hip to get a lil dab out... it barely changed the shade of my teeth and it moreso probably hurt my gums and teeth. May try another seller/brand but I doubt it.. waste of time and life.. if your teeth aren't rotting then just spend the money buying something fun..

Update 2...

Mmmkay... so the way to go is definitely to 'paint' a layer on the teeth with a cue-tip. This way leads to no burning of the gums. I've tried every other way with these homemade forms and this works best. I've started doing top and bottom sets separately and putting paper towel rolls in my upper and lower lips to prevent saliva from entering the forms as much as possible. The second tube I opened is not 'fresh' I guess you'd say... I have to put the end on my pelvis really hard to get a small dog out - ...I'm not certain but my upper set of teeth may have whitened a half a shade to a shade... I'm not even really sure..still just small white tips that I can definitely see... I'm not noticing any all around pearl white difference... whats the deal?? Isn't this stuff supposed to be super powerful.. Well.. I'm not sure how fast this stuff is supposed to work... so I'll continue using the remaining 1 3/4 bottles till its all gone..

Update 1...

I don't know what the deal with this stuff is....it whitened the veeery tips of my teeth a bit...not consistantly..the teeth don't go from yellow to a pure block of white ..just splotchy shaded white...and it wont to the other 90% gum to peak... I've used about...9/10th of one tube which is what should whiten the teeth fully... Also... where my top teeth lie upon my bottom teeth..my canines and the teeth beside each of those...the small spots of enamel in those areas have been worn completely away...or dissolved I guess rather... I'm assuming its enamel since its visible that some small layer is gone and isn't shiny.

I really don't get this stuff... also...after today's session... near the bottom of one of one of my teeth... there's a tiny perfect circle of pure white..unlike the other areas that it somewhat whitened ..and the bottom of the rest of the peak of that tooth wasn't even really whitened much at all compared to the rest... that doesn't make sense and leads me to think that the solution I got is defective or something. I'm 21....and my teeth aren't extremely discolored..they shouldn't be that hard to whiten...

I'm pretty much giving up on this Aplus stuff... what I'm going to do is... try one last session of this stuff but use one of the other 2 bleech syringes and if theres no drastic change then I'm going to throw it away and try ordering the Opalescense which somebody stated was much thicker.

I suggest buying one of the other products here on Amazon before this aplus kit.... the whole Gamma DISCOUNT name in combo with my experience to now just seems fishy...

Okay, so I've been using this product for a few days already and here's what I have to say about it so far...

Thermofitting Mouth Trays...

I don't know how good a well made tray is in comparison to one you'd get made at the dentist... but I was able to use these thermofitting mouth trays to make a somewhat well-fitted tray that contours to the teeth. I wasn't sure what the directions meant when it said to 'practice sucking air out of the tray'cause they are large..so I literally tried doing that. Here's what I did....I followed the directions it listed a few+ times on each tray... after one or two water dips and fittings... you should be able to suck the air out of the tray in a vacuum like manner which really wasn't possible until getting it somewhat fitted to my teeth after a couple tries... So on that 3rd or so try you suck the bottom or roof of your mouth so it vacuum seals the teeth. The inside teeth back portion of the mold (corner) can fold in on itself....which isn't huge but I figured it'd allow more saliva in so what I did for that is held the corner in the water and used a fork and my fingers to just bend it out. I ended up cutting a bit of the bottom tray off as directed so it didn't overlap my gums. So...after doing this I currently have a top and bottom tray that aren't amazing but have a pretty good mold of my teeth so I can stick them on and they wont fall off.

The Process and current Results...

I want white teeth faster so instead of doing it once a day as it directs - I do it once in the morning and once at night.. and have been using it for 4/5 days.

The first couple times I took some advice listed by another to use a cue-tip to apply the bleech directly to the teeth instead of the bleech to the inside form... thinking that it would prevent it from touching the gums as much and thinking the tooth would get an even coating... so after the first couple times I noticed no immediate results as I thought I would according to reviews so I decided to change the method I used.... I was putting it on pretty thin.

I then began applying a constant strand of bleech across my teeth (it sticks to teeth very well) then applying the trays... I noticed a slight amount of whitening..but not even whitening.

A problem that I have is that I salivate like crazy with the trays in my mouth...so I have to hold my mouth open somewhat to prevent saliva from filling the trays. I'm not sure how much this salivation is hindering the process ..

So today I tried a new way of applying the bleech in which I just squirted a ton of the bleech into the front part of the trays (didn't do the dot per tooth deal it says cause I feel like due to my amount of salivation - I need a lot more.) .. I also decided to try lying down with my face straight up for the period to try to reduce saliva from entering the tray. The amount of gel I put into the tray was a bad idea... I ended up 'chemical burning' the gums inbetween my teeth a good amount as it states can happen ..they were white-ish for a bit but now after an hour or so they're back to a normal color but it feels like I flossed really hard cutting the gums. No biggie - I can take this.

Today I applied the reminerlization gel for the first time... quick and simple.

Sooo after a few days of double the dose... here's what I got ... I'm not sure if my teeth have whitened all over to any extent ..as my teeth were not extremely discolored..faint-moderate yellow... my bottom teeth haven't really whitened at all... I'm hopeful though cause my two front top teeth have whitened a tad bit and the tips of my other top teeth are in fact becoming a very pure white...I'd say 20% of the peaks ..but the other 80% look like they haven't been whitened at all.

So I'm not sure what the deal is... if my saliva is running all the gel out ..if the tops of my teeth are so resistant in their color and will need a long time or what...but I'm not going to give up after seeing some good whitening on the caps. I hope there is nothing wrong with the gel.

I'll return here in another couple weeks to update... I'll use all 3 kits if I have to and will probably attempt some other methods of applying... I'm sure I could just apply it to the teeth and hold a smile or make something that would hold my mouth open for the period to prevent salivation or the mold from removing the gel from the base of my teeth.

From what I've seen - I approximate I'll need about ...another week at the double the dose to see some noticeable results (which is pearl white teeth to me.)

This is the greatest when it comes to whitening. I have used many products over the years including laser and this is the best thus far. I already had the trays and when I first used the gel I could not find the bottom tray for the first two times. My top teeth are sparkling white and now that I have found the lower tray I need to do the bottom to match. Big big difference! It does burn the gums a little but not too bad. I must add that my teeth are fairly white to begin with but the before and after is astonishing. Highly recommended.

I am in my mid fifties and have been wanting to whiten my teeth for years. I started to see results in 4 days. I have finished using all the strips and have great results. My teeth were grayish-yellow and now they are white, certainly not what I would get from professional whitening but white enough hubby even noticed and white enough not to think about spending a fortune at the dentist. I did start to use sensitivity toothpaste about a week before using the strips and all through the process so I had very little sensitivity. Only skipped one day because my gums were sensitive. I am a whimp and was prepared for a lot of pain but my teeth did great only the gums got a little sensitive but very tolerable. I would highly recommend this product. I am going to buy another box to use as a monthly maintenance so hopefully I won't have to do the whole 21 day routine again.

So I was somewhat worried after seeing these reviews noting the pain caused by this product. I have gone through about 5-6 of these things and only felt a slight discomfort, certainly nothing about which to write home. I haven't quite perfected how to get these to stay precisely on my teeth for 30 minutes, but they don't stray too far. And the whitening seems pretty good. I've seen results after just a few days, though I have not tried other whitening products to compare these against. If you are thinking about a whitening product and don't want to pay for whitening at the dentist, just go with these. They do the job better than anything else out there.

I just discovered Gosmile after recieving a sample of the tooth whitening on the go ampule that came with one of my orders from another store on the net. Ive tried other tooth whiteners in the past and i figured id give this a shot so I used it the other night and I couldnt believe the difference, from just one ampoule! This product works very well. After having undergone cancer treatments, the medicines discolored my teeth. Opalescence PF 35% did help me significantly in whitening my teeth. And while this product is less expensive than going directly to my dentist, my only complaint is the shipping charge applied by this company. They charge $18 to ship the 3 tubes of whitener, yet the postage on the packaging I received was $2.70. The shipping was done from CA to NJ, so the $18 is excessive in my opinion.

i used this product every other day now for about 2 weeks...taking an extra day off every now and again. it works wonders! just be sure to use a revitalizing mineral paste as well, and be careful not to get it on your gums!! it will cause sensitivity and a white discoloration. it also seems to whiten unevenly at first, but i've read it's due to uneven calcium enamel on your teeth, and it corrects itself in a short time. i am purchasing this product again as soon as i'm done with this review, it's well worth every penny!

I purchased this product recently and I am VERY impressed with the trays.

I was given a simple kit for creating the molds along with a postage-paid envelope for sending the molds back to the lab. The molds were VERY easy to make - you can do it in just five minutes. After making the molds, I put them in a Ziploc bag and placed the bag in the postage-paid envelope and put it in the mail. After about less than a week, I received my dental trays! I tried them on and they fit perfectly! They're very comfortable. These trays are EXACTLY like the ones my sister got from her dentist for about $300.

When I got the trays, I was even given free whitening gel to use with the trays. I think I'll be using my trays with Opalescence gel though, as my sister uses this system and swears by it.

I picked this product up on sale for $19 and for $19 I'm TOTALLY impressed. I knew about the Ionic White from a local news story where they had a correspondant try it. The news storie's take was that it did not work, but when they showed her before and after it really looked like it worked great!

Anyway, it's fairly straightforward, follow the directions, I imagine the swishing is the most important part, so I really did do it for 5-7 minutes every time, and I'd estimate that my teeth are 2-3 shades whiter, it's noticable to me, so that's good. I didn't mind the process, thought it worked well for the price and am pleased with the product.

well i was debating if i wanted to get the white light or the ionic white system. seen both on t.v and figured they should work. well since ionic white was priceier i figurd it will work better, plus i saw the review for white light and they didnt seem to great so i put in the extra 10 bucks and got the ionic. the process is pretty annoying when you have to swish the stuff in your mouth for 7 min every time...you can acumulate alot of spit by that time so its messy. but all in all my teeth are alot whighter. and they were pretty yellow. i like that it comes with a 60 day mouth wash that you have to only do twice a week for 2 min. not to bad for the great results.

This QuickBreeze water pik is proving to be a very good purchase. I bought it because I liked the fact that it would take very little room on the counter and seemed quick and easy to use. I'd also read lots of reviews for other similar products, and this seemed to be the best one for me. It does attach easily to the faucet as well. Just need to get more of the colored attachments, as it only comes with 2 (so different people can use it).

I have been wanting to get a water pick for a few years now. The big problem I had was getting the big unit and putting it on my bathroom counter. The other concern I had was how well one of these works.

I was sold on the idea of this one because of how compact it is. Installation is very easy, and I am not mechanically inclined. I use this every day and put it away, every day. If I didn't tell you I had a water pick, you wouldn't know.

It also does a fantastic job of cleaning out your teeth. I was curious if it would do as good of a job as regular floss. This is much easier to use than floss, no waste, and I think it does a better job. When I look in the mirror after I use it, I can see the little gaps between my teeth. What is so nice, is that with this, the more pressure you give from your faucet, the more power you get in your mouth. I really like to turn it up and feel it doing it's job. Warning, when you turn it up a lot, you will almost feel like you are drowning when you are using it on your back teeth. You also have to come up with a technique for using it when turning it up so high. I leave a lot of water in my mouth and let is slowly come out. That way it doesn't make such an impact on the inside of my mouth.

All in all, this is a fantastic product. I would recommend it to anyone, basically. I would avoid recommending it to the very old and very young, for fear of drowning.

First, 5 Stars for shipping. Oral Breeze shipped the same day I ordered. I ordered on Friday. It arrived US Mail on Monday. You can't do better than that! It was the latest and greatest version, as advertised on the Manufacturer's site. (2 tips, 24 inch tube.) Fantastic.

I've been using the QuickBreeze for a week and a half now. Already I can feel my gums improving (tingling). I give it 4 Stars simply because I can think of a few enhancements that would make it "perfect."

As background, I'm in my mid 50's, and after the eyes (presbyopia) the teeth go next. At my last checkup, my dentist saw the beginning of gingivitis and recommended a Waterpik Ultra Dental Water Jet. I was about to buy one locally and then thought "Amazon!" Good thing I did. Not only was the price lower on Amazon (with free shipping) but I saw a lot of 1 star reviews too. Fortunately, as with Macy's in the movie "Miracle on 34th Street," Amazon isn't afraid to recommend other products to customers. I found the QuickBreeze in the "also viewed" and "also bought" section of the Waterpik page. Never would have known about the QuickBreeze otherwise. Glad I found it.

I probably should send these ideas privately to Mr. Spaulding, but I put them in the public domain so he can use them if he wants without legal hassles of royalties for ideas. (I'm guessing he's thought about them already.)

First, a really small nit... I wish the hose was straight, as shown in the their photo. Mine is coiled, perhaps because it was wrapped for shipping in a small box. Maybe it's a "Mr. Monk" thing (the obsessive detective on TV), but I'm always kinking the coil during use and trying to unwind it - in use, spraying water around the sink. Maybe it will straighten out with time or with heat? A hose without memory would be nice, so that it can be rolled up for stowage / travel but straighten out for use.

Second and more important, I think the unit should "regulate" itself somewhat so that you can't over-pressure it. The instructions warn about using too much water pressure, but also comment that everyone's house water pressure is different. My dentist gave me instructions for the Waterpik which said never to go past the 2nd lowest pressure setting. So apparently too much water pressure is a bad thing. But how much pressure is too much? I dunno.

But I know it's too easy to overpressure with the QuickBreeze. It doesn't take more than a few degrees of rotation of my faucet to get a strong jet. (No one else in the house, so I don't know what happens if someone suddenly turns off a shower while you're irrigating. Does the pressure shoot up?)

I'm not a Fluid Engineer, but they made me take Fluid Dynamics in college. I wonder if there's an easy way to set "choke flow" so that one cannot get too much pressure from the tap to the tip? If nothing else, it seems the I.D. of the inlet in the QB adapter is a lot bigger than it has to be. A smaller hole would act as a restrictor of sorts to keep the pressure from getting crazy high, as is done with low flow shower heads. (I might make my own insert to try this myself.) Or maybe a turbulator to increase fluid drag if the pressure is too high?

If OralBreeze wanted to make a Deluxe version, maybe a cute clear flow meter at the hose adapter, where a colored ball or disk, whistle-like, rotates / spins to give an indication of pressure / flow? Or a spring loaded ball for a true pressure indicator?

I saw one user request pulsed flow. I don't know enough about dentistry to know if there's any benefit to pulsed flow. I wonder if pulsing flow was simply a manifestation of the original Waterpik mechanics, where Marketing turned piston pulses into a "feature?" Maybe it just feels "cool." But if there is some benefit, again a whistle-like device with a rotating ball blocking / unblocking an orifice would give a pulsing effect if it's really necessary.

Having said all this, the QuickBreeze is a good product. It's cheaper than a Waterpik and less trouble. Nothing to leak and no reservoir to fuss with, grow bacteria in. When Oral Breeze comes up with a rubber based "Ty-wrap" temporary travel adapter that easily straps and unstraps around a hotel faucet aerator, it will be a lot easier to travel with than a Waterpik too.

When my dentist said I should be using an oral irrigator because of my aversion to flossing, I bought and tried a cordless similar product. It was bigger than I expected it to be and hard to handle because I have small hands and arthritis. Then I bought this little gem. WOW! There's no tank to refill (I had to refill the 7-oz waterpik tank 7 times for one cleaning), no batteries to wear out (rechargeable or otherwise) and it takes up very little space. You can adjust the pressure to whatever you like (not just "high" or "low") I just run the water until it's the right temp, turn it off and attach the 'Breeze, and away I go! Got to remember to put the tip in your mouth before turning the water back on :-) I highly recommend this for anyone who hates flossing and isn't really fond of other oral irrigators. It takes about 2 seconds to attach and detach on the faucet. So happy I found this!!

I've used these strips almost exclusively since I've discovered them in 2005. A couple years ago, there was just Crest Whitestrips and these Rembrandt whitening strips.

I had tried the Crest ones but they felt slimy and slid around in my mouth and the intense tooth sensitivity canceled out any positives for me.

The Rembrandt ones are firm, instead of snail-like, and they really stick to every crevice of your teeth. For me personally, they didn't give me a bit of sensitivity.

The true test of course, was, how much whiter did my teeth get? After I had been using these strips per the directions for THREE days, people started randomly commenting on my beautiful smile, and even asking what I used. Imagine how bright I looked after a whole week.

You do need to do semiannual touch-ups if you want to maintain your smile, but that goes with any whitening treatment.

The pro's: trays stick to teeth and stay in place, no white lines across teeth, no sensitivity, no disgusting taste in mouth, no weird "slimy" thing sliding around, results are excellent.

The con's: cost could be cheaper, there are store brand knockoffs now which may do a similar job, only one type to choose from (versus 7575978 kinds of crest strips!).

In conclusion, if you are like me, and don't smoke, drink coffee, or drink tea or wine, then you will have sparkling white teeth in a few days with these strips, and it'll last you a good six months.

I give the strips five stars, but I'm rating them at two stars because I didn't notice any change in my teeth. With every other whitening strip I've used over the years, I've noticed an improvement (multiple Crest strips and Target's store brand). Not with these, though. However, others here have noted a nice improvement, so perhaps it was just me or a bad package (it had not expired, though). Nothing against Rembrandt, though, as the best whitener I've used was some of their gel.

I think that the application and the adhesion of the strips is superb. These are quite a bit thicker than the Crest strips and will not easily slip off like the Crest strips. These are not unique, though. I had used Target's store brand before these (and since), and these are identical in construction except that Target's strips are blue and these are white. The Target strips are also quite a bit cheaper. So, if you have a Target nearby, I recommend trying their strips first because you get more for less money.

A note for those with sensitive teeth, try using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth for a couple of days before starting the strips and continue to use it while you're using the strips. I use to experience extreme pain when using whitening strips, but I don't now that I use toothpaste for sensitive teeth during whitening. I've used Colgate, Crest, and Sensodyne - they all work the same for me.

Once you've got your own trays, the Opalescence PF 20% teeth whitening syringes are very quick & easy to use. They also work. I used my trays for 2-3 hours per day for 3 days. After that, I left them in all night. Very little sensitivity (I did skip a day after each all night use). And the results are very noticeable. I will definitely use the product again in another 6 months or so.

It was strong so I allowed a few days rest to allow my gums to heal before trying to use it again but I ended up forgetting that I had it and I had to throw out the rest since it was no longer fresh. After a week the whiteness of my teeth faded.

I told my parents about how great it was and ordered 3 more, one for my mother, father and myself. But when we all used it, it wasn't the same. I could barely feel any tingling in my mouth as I used it and after using it I saw no difference in my teeth, my parents barely saw any difference in their teeth either. If you purchase this do so at your own risk as you may not get fresh gel.

After struggling with Crest Whitestrips Supreme Professional Strength 84 strips to get some decent whitening, I decided to give this product a try. What a difference a few days make! Not only does it whiten faster, one application once a day for 15 minutes is all it takes. You'll notice a difference after one use, and a very big difference after three days.

My only complaint, and it's why I can't give it five stars, is that they need to include four, not two, mouthpieces. I totally screwed up 'molding' the first one, and learning from what I did wrong, was able to do the second one semi-successfully. These mouthpieces are inexpensive, so not including more of them is simply the manufacturer being cheap. You can get more at your local drug store for about a buck or two.

So in summary: Dump the whitestrips, and try this product. It really is quite amazing. And if you notice sensitivity to your teeth (I didn't), you can pick up a tube of Sensodyne Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth and Cavity Prevention, Maximum Strength, Extra Whitening, 6-Ounce Tubes (Pack of 3) and use that.

I think the gel is very good. It does the job like it should. The only issue that I have is the terrible trays they sent along to use. They are so cheaply made. I have used other trays before that were easy to form for use. These are terrible. Unless you have your own trays I do not suggest purchasing this product.

Oh come one, everyone uses these now, don't they? Well, you should. White strips are flimsy little pieces of film coated in some form of peroxide bleach (I assume) that is tooth safe. You pull out the strip, peel off the flimsy part and apply it to your front teeth. In about five minutes, you peel it off and voila! your teeth are lighter. You can really do this all day if you want- I'm not the manufacturer so I can say that. Just be sure to cover all the areas of your teeth or you'll have stripes! Hint- get down around the edges where your teeth meet up- just push the strip in with your fingernail. You can't eat or drink while they are in- so bonus!- you might lose an ounce. Teenagers use these by the ton- that's why they all have such sparkly smiles. It can't hurt you. But it is a little pricey. Lots of dentists throw in free teeth whitening when you first go to them. And using strips does require some dexterity.

I've done Brite Smile, the professional teeth whitening procedure that you must make an appointment for and spend up to $700.00 on and then sit uncomfortably and tediously in a chair for 1-2 hrs with annoying suction hose in your mouth. I have to say that WhiteLight does the same thing, only in a week or less (ten mins a day) for a small fraction of the price and without the discomfort.

As with any peroxide gel whiteners, if you have sensitive teeth you may experience some occasional slight pings of pain but, as they say: NO PAIN, NO GAIN!

Seriously, this product works VERY WELL. From the many methods I have tried, this whitening system is by far, the best available on the market today. Your teeth WILL be noticeably MUCH BRIGHTER!

I've recommended this product to many friends and they're all very happy and grateful for it.

Okay, this product works as intended, but is not a long-term solution! Go buy a toothbrush that whitens your teeth: it is far better for your teeth in the long-run than applying chemical treatments to your teeth, and it is much more uniform in the manner it whitens (even when you have applied these strips in the best possible way). I give it three stars not because it isn't a good product for what it is supposed to do, but because it is not the right kind of solution! This is like buying a lawnmower when you can just buy grass that doesn't grow any taller than you want it, too... Anyway, it did whiten my teeth but not as much or as fast as the whitening toothbrush (which whitens just from brushing rather than from chemicals).

I found even after five days the bottom tray hard to keep in place and most of gel going down my throat!

The whitening/pain ratio is about the same as Crest strips. I found minimal irritation with average results.

This is the best otc whitening product I have ever used. It is effective, it doesn't cause major tooth sensitivity and it is convenient. My only complaint is that the bottom trays are too small.

Listen, I read all the reviews and I have to say that the folks giving this impassioned negative reviews don't seem to understand that some things work and some things don't depending on the person. I've tried most otc whitening products out there and this is, for me, the best one.

I hate Crest Whitestips. I abhor them. They hurt my teeth, burned my gums, bleached my fingers, made my mouth hurt for weeks and absolutely didn't work. BUT I know numerous people who love Crest Whitestips. Crest Whitestrips works for some people, doesn't work for others. I don't know why the Crest product doesn't work for me and Aquafresh trays do, but I do know that, as with any selection of products, you have to try out different kinds before you find what works for you.

If you're serious about bleaching: brush your teeth for a couple of weeks before hand, during, and after with sensodyne or a similar product to cut down on sensitivity. Consider using the trays or strips of your choice less than reccomended, ie once a day instead of twice. Don't brush your teeth right before or after using the product, wait at least an hour.

And to the crazy reviewers that are engraged about the product? Holy cow, take a breather! Return the item for a refund and try something else! Maybe you should see about valium infused whitening products next time.

What a pain to use - and a complete waste of money. I thought the trays were terrible - they didn't fit my teeth and then kept falling off. I ended up using my own night guards to see if this worked better - the solution burned my gums and really made my teeth sensitive. I finally quit after 4 nights. So, I used these last week and I still have strange white spots on my teeth. The product package says that it is temporary and will go away with continued use, but I've used the 7 days worth and waited a couple days and the spots are still there. I also did not like the way my gums felt afterward. They were sore and one time the white tray bleached them and my gums were burning. It was quite painful, actually. I would not recommend these. I think my teeth may be a tiny bit whiter, but not worth the $30.00, the pain, or the trouble, especially if these white spots stay on my teeth!

I have used this for the three days in which the product guaranteed visible results. I do see a difference in how much whiter my teeth are, but it was excruciatingly painful to use this.

The first day, it was uncomfortable and I noticed that I was starting to have sores in my mouth. The second day, I was having trouble eating with the sores in my mouth and when I used it, I would rate the pain at a 7 out of 10 with more sores. The third day, I tried it again because the package said that discomfort would be normal... this did NOT seem normal. I just about had it. I put my finger to one of the sores and it popped! Gross! They were blisters of some sort! I wanted to grumble and keep using it because I paid good money for it... but it isn't worth it. I felt that it was much better to watch out for myself and keep myself happy and not in so much pain.

I've been bleaching my teeth for about 10 years. I've tried several different whitening products and I like Nite White ACP (formally Nite White Excel) the best. It works quickly and effectively with little or no sensitivity. The instructions recommend leaving the trays in for an hour, which is just about when my teeth started to get sensitive - they were slightly sensitive throughout the next day. This product does not inflame my gums like other products. If you have very sensitive teeth, I recommend a lower percentage. The product arrived quickly via USPS. My only complaint is that at $7, shipping is too pricey.

This product does not work. I purchased this last week thinking it was a good deal and it said an expiration of 5/2010 but it obviously already expired because I wore it for 3 days straight and all this it did was make my gums swollen and raw. It DID NOT whiten my teeth and I have used Nite White in the past and have had wonderful results. This is not worth the purchase and there are no refunds or exchanges. It costs more to get it from the doctor but it is worth the money because with these mail deals it's a crap shoot and in this case just crap. Do not buy this product.

I use the 15% for 6-8 hours over night while I sleep. I brush teeth before & after use. Only use a small dot in each tooth area on the tray. I do not smoke or drink coffee/soda regularly and my teeth are the whitest they have ever been. I love this product. My teeth do not get very sensitive but my husbands do, so I guess some people are more prone to sensitivity than others. I recommend this product highly, but start with an hour at first to see how your teeth feel for the day after treatment. Good luck

I purchased this product specifically for my two bottom front teeth which are not a white as my other teeth. I used the product with professional dental trays, three separate occasions for 1 hour, every other day and noticed they were slightly lighter. Be careful not to use too much product in your dental trays (a MUST) as it will leak out onto your gums and your gums will become white and SENSITIVE. I would recommend this product with extreme caution to follow the directions specifically! I would have given 4-5 stars my two bottom teeth had reached my desired color wthin the three uses. (Yes, I do use a straw for all my beverages.)

Starting off, the price of the solution is great, but the Shipping is Outrageous for the fact that you spend 10 bucks to have them ship it in a small Bubble Mailer with a few stamps on it.

The actual product does what is supposed to do even though I can tell it is not a Fresh product. Not surprising since it is on the internet and so cheap... As long as it does what it is supposed to do, that is all that matters to me.

The product is more effective than the 15 or 20% solution that you get at the Dentist. Some say you can only leave it in for 30 minutes and that might be true for most. I found that I was able to leave it in for 4-6 hours like the other strengths... the only thing is my teeth would be very sensitive for about a day and a half. I believe I am only able to keep them in while I sleep because it is not a fresh product and thus the strength has probably diminished. The results are really nice though... I still have a little more to go (the teeth around the gums are always the hardest to whiten) but I believe after 3-4 more applications I should be where I want to be. then I don't have to deal with the hyper-sensitive teeth.

All in all a good product and even though I am not impressed with the Seller, you cannot help but like the results. I just wish the dentist would have been up front and let me know that the 200 bucks I spent for the kit would not get me the results that I desired... and I would have to purchase more solution.

I bought this as refills for my trays; I originally used a lower strength of the same brand name. I thought this might work in a shorter time frame so I wouldn't have to keep the trays in overnight. Well--not only could I never keep this in my mouth overnight, I can barely tolerate it for five minutes. It burns my mouth a LOT, especially at the gum line. Torture. In fact, after just a few minutes, I found some spots on the gum line to be bleached out white. My own fault for ordering such a high strength. I might use this vendor again because the service was fast and complete, the price of the product was excellent...I guess they recoup some of that low cost with the high price of shipping.

BOILING WATER: Boil a pan of water. Remove the water from the heat. Place the tray in the hot water by the tab. Leave in water for 3-4 seconds.
FITTING THE TRAY: Lift the tray from the water using the tab. Quickly place the tray around the teeth and perform the same sucking procedure as practiced with the prefitting procedure. To avoid gel contact with the sensitive tissues of your mouth, take small scissors and/or nail clippers and trim your trays on the gingival line (teeth/gum line). The thermofitting teeth whitening trays work great. I have whitener from my dentist but didn't want to spend the $300 for the trays, so I decided to try these. Had never heard of them before ordering either.. Never knew that by putting the unmolded trays in boiling water that they could then inturn be fit to your teeth.

I had to dip them in the boiling water about 4 times, to get the best fit. And I didn't let my water cool down for a few minutes either, just after the water breaks boil, i removed from heat, and put the trays in until I saw they became very bendable!

I recommend these very much. The plastic material is a little bulky, but still great and fit well once you have them mastered!

After dipping these into hot water and fitting them, they only covered just my front teeth (about from the canines forward if you're curious). I was really looking for something that was like a whole fitting mouth tray without having to pay a dentist $250.00 or whatever they charge to mold one.

If you just want something cheap to whiten your front teeth, then this product should do the job just fine. If you are looking for something to fit over all your teeth (molars included), then you may want to look elsewhere.

Are you kidding? For the price these are great! Just because some people are inept with the use of their hands doesn't mean that the trays don't work. Read the title "D.I.Y." That means that you are responsible for the fit of the trays - No, a dentist won't show up at your house, they won't fit right out of the package. You have to make them fit. What ever it takes.

I fitted mine several times before they were what I wanted. The instructions don't explicitly say that you can re-heat them and re-fit them but you can. I compared them to trays that my wife paid for from her dentist ~ $150 a piece! That's $300 for both. These are far better than the whitening strips - They do what they say; they hold the gel on your teeth. Stop whining. If you want "better" trays be prepared to pay.

This product actually works. The mouth piece is very comfortable, blue light and strips are easy to use and the taste is not bad. After I have finished my treatment, my mouth and teeth feel so clean and refreshed. I actually do it while I'm on the computer or cooking. I will admit that I'm very impatient by nature and was getting frustrated with the minimal results after 2 applications; however, by the 4th one...MY GOODNESS, what a difference in the color of my teeth!!! I can actually see them getting whiter. I didn't tell my husband that I was using this product and I practically fell of my chair when he said: "your smile seems different- like it's brighter, what did you do different?"... I have been a fan of the Crest WhiteStrips since they first came out on the market. My only problem with them was the inconvenience factor...using them for 30 minutes, twice a day, for 7-14 days gets old fast. Plus, they make my gums very sensitive. So I started looking for an alternative, but I didn't like anything as well.

First, if you want professional results, then you need to see a professional and pay the $400-$800, because that is the only way you will get that "Hollywood Smile."

Second, the mouthpiece is more flexible than some of the other reviews made it out to be. I had no trouble or discomfort at all. The kit was very easy to use, and for 40 minutes once a day, for five days, it was much more convenient than the strips. Plus, I had zero gum sensitivity.

Results: I did see whitening. It took up to three days before I noticed any difference. After the fifth day, my teeth are about 1-2 shades lighter than before. I think the strips still work SLIGHTLY better, but due to the greater convenience factor, I am overall pleased with the product. I might try using the strips after using this product and see what kind of results I get.

A few years back I spent $500 for the in-office "professional" whitening system and just recently, i tried iWhite. My teeth were markedly whiter after using the product. So much so, that I regret having spent $500 for the "professional dental treatment" when iWhite worked just as well for me at a fraction of the price. The major difference is time and pain. The in-office treatment was one hour, and the iWhite was 20 minutes per day for 5 days. With the in-office treatment, portions of my gums were burnt. I didn't experience any pain with iWhite. All in all, iwhite was the least cost, best working teeth whitener.

I purchased these based on a recommendation I had seen on tv somewhere, claiming that this was the best value for in-home whitening. I have used other products before so I was familiar with the process and familiar with what the results should be....which I did not get. I followed the instructions carefully -- which were pretty uncomfotable and akward to do -- and really didn't see ANY specific results. It's basically a LED light that flashes around inside an il-fitting football mouthguard while you have squishy strips 'whitening' your teeth...I don't see how an LED light can add to the whitening experience. Spend your money on the strips in the supermarkets.

I've used this system twice - about a year apart. The steps are simple enough and I got lucky and formed the mouth trays well on the first try. Don't bite too hard or your front teeth could go all the way through. They whitened my teeth significantly, at least 3 shades, possibly more. I don't have particularly sensitive teeth but they did begin to ache a bit toward the last cycle both times. My gums also became irritated a bit and sore. The second time I reduced this by not using an entire vial in the tray for each cycle. I used enough that the teeth were well covered but not spilling over. Prolonged direct contact with the gel does get uncomfortable. I didn't see in my instructions if you are supposed to swallow while the trays are in. I didn't take a chance and it's a pain to spit ever 2-3 minutes with the mouth guards in both upper and lower at the same time. I would recommend this to anyone who needs fast results or doesn't want to wait 14 days. Personally, I use Crest Advanced Seal now as they aren't as aggressive and don't leave my teeth and gums sore. I do have to wait a lot longer for the results though.

Yes, it worked and I took a few extra steps to minimize the pain. The difference in color was not as dramatic as in the commercials, nonetheless, I am happy with the result: noticeably brighter, more evenly colored choppers in only 2 hours.

PRICE:

VERY happy with the Amazon price. I purchased the product under the Subscribe and Save option. My local grocery store is selling this same product for $24.99 plus taxes. Buying it from Amazon, I saved close to $10 with free delivery!

PAIN:

I have fairly sensitive teeth (I was in agony and drooling when I used a dentist prescribed whitening system). For two weeks prior to using Rembrandt, I used Sensodyne toothpaste. A half hour before, I took Advil (use whatever you know works for you), and continued with it thru the 24 hours following the treatment. I adhered to Rembrandt instructions to the letter: I used only as much gel as it was necessary (less then 1.5 ampules per each 20 min period); I placed the gel in the front lower groove of the mold, to pevent it from seeping behind my teeth; after insertion, I wiped extra gel from my gums with a q-tip. Also, I used Vaseline generously on my lips, to protect them from accidental contact with the gel. In between treatments I cleaned off and dried the molds, and rinsed out my mouth vigorously. Also, I did not cut off the holders from the molds. I found leaving them on made it easier and less messy to pull the trays out, thus further decreasing the time gel was in contact with my mouth. Last, but not least, I made sure I did not swallow saliva during the process, so as not hurt my throat with any excess gel. Ultimately, THE PAIN WAS MINIMAL TO NONE.

EFFECT:

My teeth are not paper white, still, they have a much improved brighter appearance. I will be using this product again. The effect did continue to deepen over the following 24 hours. Also, to help maximize the effect, I used a q-tip to distribute the gel in-between some teeth that did not meet evenly. Otherwise, the gel may not have reached those areas.

CON:

The molds are small! I could only cover six uppers! They should definitely add an extra inch to the length of each tray.

I followed the directions to the letter. By the time I was on the 3rd 20-min session, I felt like my gums were getting sore, so I didn't do the 4th one. Good thing I quite because the product had burned my gums badly. I had blisters for a week after using this product. It did lighten my teeth a shade or two, but NOT worth the pain!

Like every product, you are going to find people with complaints. All I can say is I have used this product consistently for over two years. I typically only use half the recommended application because its all I need. Product does great job of whitening teeth and I've never experienced all the other issues listed in some of these reviews.

I was very surprised to learn that I could buy this anywhere except from my dentist -- for less than one-third what I had been paying!

I like the product but didn't use it as often as I might have because it was so expensive. My dentist had started me with the 10% solution, but since I didn't exhibit any sensitivity I later asked for the 16% solution. From what I have read, the 22% Nite White 3 ACP is actually stronger than the Nite White Excel 3 Turbo ACP Z 6% solution, and I don't have to wear the trays all night -- just one hour. I already emailed my mother and sister who both use teeth whitening products and already have their own trays, "...don't buy again until you check Amazon first."

I persisted with this product in spite of the fact that the mouth tray doesn't fit my mouth at all, doesn't keep the gel in contact with my teeth, and, in the end, is only minimally effective. Since I did get some, very slight, I think, whitening effect (hard to tell), I'm giving it two stars instead of one. Is there any decent whitening product out there?

This product doesn't work for me which is why I'm giving it one star. It doesn't even begin to break the pop and tea stains that are now forming on my teeth from years of drinking these two. My teeth are fairly white but there are areas where the stains are visible and I would like to get rid of that. Because I don't have dental insurance I have to work with what I can afford. I've kept this gel on my teeth for more than 5 minutes as well and after five uses my teeth still looks the same. If you read my Arm & Hammer white booster review you'll see that this product doesn't do justice either. It irritates my tongue, it's messy, and, the mouth guard that comes with this is uncomfortable from having to 'slightly' grip my teeth is also the reason for the one star. It doesn't remove hard stains like I thought. There have to be a better whitening product out there that actually works. I only purchased one pack of this and the almost $6 for S&H isn't worth it. Neither is this product.

People ask me all the time how I get my teeth so white. I am a graphic designer and never have to whiten my teeth in any pictures... but my friend, whom is also a graphic designer also, asked how I get my teeth so white, because she said she had to whiten her teethe in every picture took together and still could not get them as white as mine. People constantly compliment my smile. I tried Crest Whitestrips and Rembrant Whitening System, before I tried this product. It works faster and more effectively. I use this product with teeth whitening trays, as it is too messy without them and irritates my gums when not used with the trays. I smoke and have super white teeth... thanks to this product. I love my smile!! They also sell it at Walgreens and did sell it at Walmart, but I could not find it there the last time I looked. This product also lasts forever. I buy about two bottles a year and whiten my teeth about once a week (after initially getting them white). The product does not irritate my gums or make my teeth sensitive, unless I whiten more than once a day. I pop the whitening trays in my mouth before I take a shower (this stuff makes you want to spit a little... so this works well).

Def worth the $$$$$$... it is the cheapest you will find and works!!!!!!

I had my teeth whiten at the dentisit's office and it included a kit to take home and continue bleaching on my own. I ran out of whitening gel and decided to go for this one since it was inexpensive and to my surprise it was just as good as the professional one! In addition, it works great if you use a fitted mouth tray. Since I got mines from the dentist I used it and it works like a charm. Irritation may occur after a few times of doing it but it's sooooooo worth it!

I bought this product at Walgreens and found it worked better than other products I have tried. I did it over 2 days and my teeth are defintely brighter. I used the color chart the product comes with and my starting shade was between a 5 and 6 and ended up around 2. So while maybe not 6 shades and not as bright white as the box photo, still a significant imporvement.

I did this process in a two day interval as I found it very difficult to do 20 treatments in a row. I hardly noticed any difference and I followed the instructions to the T aside from the recommened 20 applications in a row. I maybe had one or two shade difference after all that work. I had custom trays made for my teeth several years ago and had used the 15% and 20% Opalescence several times with good results. But it was always an ordeal and messy and I was naturally discouraged and felt it was a pain.

So yesterday during a visit to the dentist whenshe mentioned that Opalascence had a 35% option, I was tempted to buy it. FOR $35. I came home and found that I could get it online for $10 to $16. But the product is amazing. I just used it once for 30 minutes and the results are just out of this world. I have already developed the whiteness that I would have normally had after a week of using the weaker solutions.

I know dentists are wretched thiefs and bandits and it would cost an arm and a leg for custom trays. But the results are so fantastic, that it is to be seen to believe.

I've been using this product about two weeks now. I think the amount you get for the price is excellent. Sometimes the product is a little hard to dispense so I had to add water. I have not had any tooth or gum sensitivity to this product at all. I have used 22% prior from my dentist and was told even then not to expect to much as my teeth were already fairly white. And people have commented that my teeth are white but I guess you just don't always see what others see but I will take that to mean it is working. I would think that without trays this would be a tough product to use.

Very effective product. I've used this product in 2007 and 2008 summers. Although now is summer 2009 and I haven't use another pack, people still compliment on my teeth and ask me what's the trick. This product is kinda magic and really works for me. Actually, I haven't finish my pack last summer, since my teeth are already white enough.

The only drawback of this product is that it makes my teeth felt a little sour during the the usage. I'm not sure whether this is a typical thing for all teeth strips, because I've only use this product and plan to stick to it.

The Crest Whitestrips Classic work very well, Whithin 5 days of regular usage (2 30-minute sessions/day) I had noticeably whiter teeth, and my teeth weren't yellow before, but after you use this you'll notice the difference ;)

As to the pain complaints, there is indeed a small discomfort in the beginning, but it's no big deal for me, and after the 5th day, there is absolutely no more pain, nothing at all.

And if you put the strips on your wet teeth, they indeed don't stick well at all, but if you dry your teeth beforehand, the strips stay on very well, I can talk almost normally and they don't come off.

I have been using the whitening strips for six days now and have shown clear signs of whiter teeth. At the top of the page, there is an image that displays just how effective the strips are, however, I do not believe the results are that dramatic as of yet.

A major problem discussed in previous reviews is how badly the gums are burned while using these strips. I admit that I have had discomfort during this process and have also seen my gums tearing in between my teeth (as though your lips crack when they are dry). Thankfully, it is not crucial enough for me to discontinue using the strips and I fully intend on completing the 12 day program.

These whitening strips clearly work and are inexpensive compared to others. Again, while I have had slight discomfort, it is definitely not enough to stop me from completing the process and expecting great results. I am already smiling (with teeth) in photos-so be assured that results will be obvious in a short amount of time. Good luck!

I have whitened my teeth with the original Crest Whitestrips numerous times and was always happy with the results. So I wanted to whiten again. I saw that this was about $10 more than the original and I wondered if it was worth it. It seemed to whiten the same as the original, which it claims to. The main benefit is that the strips don't slip. They adhere REALLY good to your teeth. It is awesome technology. I was very pleased with this part, as the sliding around of the original kind always annoyed me.

Another commenter said that they were difficult to remove and she had to use a tissue to help pull them off. For the most part, I could get a good grip with just my fingers and pull it off, but every now and then I had to use a paper towel. No big deal whatsoever. The non-slippage is completely worth it!

Highly recommend!

The strips adhered well to my teeth. The were a little hard to pull off and left a sticky residue. My teeth were whiter, but by drinking coffee, tea and diet soda, the white didn't last too long. I guess if you give up dark drinks, this will work. I would try these again.

Ordered the strips for me and my fiancee based on all the good reviews. Since, we were both using the same 14day supply box, we only were able to use half the box. The results from just half a box meet my expectations and my fiancees. Her teeth look movie star white, so I really don't think she needs the full 14 days, although I think I could use a couple more days to maybe get a shade or two lighter on a few hard to reach teeth. The advance seal works very well for adhering to those problem teeth that may not be perfectly inline with the adjacent teeth. Just push the strip onto any teeth not perfectly in line and the strip will stay sealed to contour over the adjacent teeth. Amazon's price was perfect and 2 day shipping got it to my door in 1 day.

"Works for some..." 2009-10-01

I had to have some bonding fixed on my front teeth and wanted to whiten before that was done since bonding will not bleach. I went with this product as it had the professional strength whitening gel, with good reviews and a good price and seemed a much better deal than all the white strips kind of products. I only had time for 10 treatments, 30 minutes each, in the few weeks before my dental appt. I experienced no sensitivity the first 5 treatments. After that, each treatment caused increasing gum and teeth sensitivity. This is to be expected, as I'm sure anyone who whitens their teeth will tell you, and it wasn't extremely bad though it did get worse the more treatments I did. Although, I have no point of reference as this was my first time ever whitening (due to the bonding issue on my front teeth). After I finished my 10 whitening treatments there was also some lingering sensitivity in the gums for a few days and in the teeth for about a week. SO HOW DID IT WORK??? It only lightened my teeth 2 shades at best. Not at all as white as I expected given the reviews and high potency of the carbamide peroxide. My teeth look practically the same as before and maybe just a bit brighter. I guess it works for some and not as well for others. Again, it was my first time and I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I won't be whitening again until my bonding needs to be replaced again in several years and at that point I will definitely look into a different way of whitening.

Also, a note on the teeth trays - after molding them to my teeth it was nearly impossible to tell where to trim for the gum line. I ended up having to keep them in my mouth, look in a mirror and trace the gum line on the outside of the mold in order to trim them. It was annoying and time consuming and pretty difficult to get a good trim. I don't know if it's worth it to get custom trays just for this reason but if you have them or have the money to do it right, go for it and don't use these.

The only redeeming part (and reason for 2 stars instead of 1) is the enamel gel. It was soothing and helped with the sensitivity.

After I received this product I finally started using it yesterday. It took me some time to get the trays right. I heated, shaped, heated shaped a few times but the top one fits really well. The bottom needs a little work. Anyway, last night after i got the trays ready i put the whitener in the tray and popped it in for 30 minutes on the top (was having difficulty doing the top and bottom at the same time, but this might be because the bottom tray isn't shaped as well. After I took out the top and rinsed my top teeth were noticeably whiter than the bottom after only one use!!! I did the bottom and then this morning I did both (I didn't have to talk to anyone) for 15 minutes and they look even whiter. It is easy for me to tell because I have one tooth that has to be professionally whitened due to a filling cover up, so it doesn't get any whiter with this type of treatment. It is easy to see the old shade (the one that won't whiten) right next to my regular teeth that have been whitened with this product. So far I haven't experienced any sensitivity.

I was concerned about tooth sensitivity using whiteners, but decided to try Watts Power White on my upper teeth. After about three weeks using nearly the entire tube for about 45 minutes and 3 times per week, my upper teeth are noticeably whiter than my lower teeth by about three shades. My cainine teeth were also slightly discolored from other front teeth, but now they are about the same shade.

At first, the whitening gel does sting gums a little but not painfully. I think the mineralizing gel does help reduce teeth sensitivity and also help restore gums. The trays are okay to use but could be improved. If you already have trays, I would recommend getting the double set gel refills instead since only one set is just enough for your upper or lower teeth.

Now people notice that my smile is brighter. I would describe my teeth as pearly white but not superstar white as shown. I'm working on my lower teeth and will see if I can get superstar white teeth although they may have reached their limit.

I found this tooth bleach to be very effective. It whitened my teeth which were horribly stained as I am a coffee addict from way back. While it didn't send them movie star blindingly white (which Im actually glad about) it did lighten my teeth significantly and noticably. I would have been happy with just a shade or 2 lighter as I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with how well this worked.

You do have to be careful about trimming the mouth guards etc as the stuff really can burn up your gums, I had a sore on my gums the first time I used it as I didn't follow the instructions. But that was my fault not theirs and I made sure to read all the instructions and follow them after that and I had no problems.

I didn't get much sensitivity, but I used the remineraliser as instructed so that may have reduced the odds of that happening

I used this product as described (although once I did have to "catch up" on my days and had to do 3 "sessions" in one day instead of 2). I do believe that my teeth got whiter. I had the type of teeth that all the literature says should be helped the most by a product like this. I didn't get as much whitening as I hoped but I probably had unrealistically high expectations (my dentist had told me that I simply have darker pigmented teeth than the ideal). I would recommend this product and will probably try it again in the future.

The reason I purchased this product was the beautiful white smiles of two ladies in my Arthritis Aerobics class. After years of coffee and tea drinking, I definitely had a brownish cast to my teeth and deep browning on the tips of my teeth. I can't believe how much whiter and brighter my teeth are now. I am getting a kit for my husband. I did have some sensitivity so I would skip a day. After years of staining a day or two doesn't make much difference and the results are really good.

Some people complain about the sensitivity during the first few days. In my case there also was some acute gum and nerve discomfort in the beginning. I hung in there and by day 4 it never came back. Now I'm on day 7 and am very pleased with the results. A noticable, whiter difference. Would strongly recommend.

Simple and very effective. For five days I applied the gel with a q-tip, put the guards on (no need to shrink-they fit as is), and relaxed for 30 minutes. I have sensitive gums, but this did not irritate them. I've used more expensive products with less satisfactory results. PLUS there's plenty of gel. You can save what's leftover in the fridge for next time.

I am turned off by the high prices of other teeth whitening products, so I decided to try this kit because it was marked down almost 70% of the original price and had good reviews. I have ordered it twice now because I've been so impressed, and I've recommended it to friends looking to whiten their teeth. It is very easy to use, and I have never had any tooth sensitivity to the product. (Careful not to get it on your gums, though, because it can sting!). I will definitely order this product again after my current kit runs out (which won't be for a few months; this kit lasts a long time!).

Well yes it worked for me. My teeth are whiter, so for $50 its not a bad choice.

However... Remember to take the strip out after 30 minutes, if you don't you could get a sore mouth. It is strong enough to bleach your fingers white, so be sure to wash it off your hands right away.

In the past, I have used whitening strips from the Crest line of products and I found this particular set to be much less irritating to my gum line. I also experienced very little tooth sensitivity as well.

The product truly whitened my teeth up to 2 or 3 shades lighter than the original color! When I initially sought a whitening product, I was deterred by the high price range for professional bleaching which is only available through a dentist and I did not want my teeth to look as white as seen on celebrities and models. So, going after a natural look, I gave this brand a shot. Interestingly, I only had to use half of a box (applied the strip only once a day for 30 minutes at a time) and obtained very satisfactory results. Others have commented about how white my teeth are and are thinking about trying the product too. The results are very visible to me when I peruse before and after pictures of my teeth in various photos.

This is the second time that I've used this type of strip and find that I have to use them throughout the year (every 4 to 5 months## for touch-ups.

The strips are very easy to apply and the instructions are easy to understand. You will find that the strips will slip off of your bottom row of teeth #you simply have to readjust them) and my stomach was a little irritated from the chemicals #this immediately dissipated after I stopped using the strips).

I highly recommend this product to others.

Unless you like a mouth full of sticky gunk combined with a couple of plastic strips that dont adhere, then I;'d say not to bother. I only gave this product a star as my saving grace were my invisligns that I could use to hold the strips in. As to the whitening, it was kinda meh....no great improvement but no great loss for doing it.

OMG this product is awesome. For years I have been looking for a product to whiten my teeth. I used to be lazy when it came to caring for my teeth. Since buying this, I have gotten into a habit of putting the strips on and brushing my teeth. IT REALLY WHITENS!! My parents even noticed! Its so easy! And I took the advice of another reviewer and used one for both top and bottom. I only use the product once a day though. Still looks good and I have plenty to last. As for people feeling sensitivity in their gums, I have no idea why. I'm just fine. I definitely recommend this product.

I used these strips as directed for two weeks and only noticed minimal improvement in the whiteness of my teeth. For me personally, it was not worth the price I paid. While they taste great and make your breath fresh, I was overall disappointed. I have not tried any other whitening product to compare these too, so maybe they are actually better than the other brands.

This is worse trying. It's quite an easy to use product but sometimes your lips can pear it down after apply. You really need precision when applying to your teeth. Otherwise, I saw the result in 3 weeks. I recommend to use whitening pencil.

I've ruled out every other tooth whitening system since they taste like crap and require low gag reflex. These whitening strips have a toothpaste minty taste and dissolve in your mouth so slap them on and drive to work. In five minutes they disappear. The only troublesome thought is that your are ingesting this stuff, sort of like swallowing toothpaste plus. Anyway, i too tried the comparison test. I used the strips only on the upper teeth and there was and still is a definite difference. I now get positive comments about my white teeth. Perhaps the previous reviewer is a heavy coffee/ tea drinker. I stopped the staining drinks during the test and now only need touch up usage of the strips. The big negative i can see for people with vision or dexterity issues is in opening the packaging. The strips are in little foil packets and if you are successful in opening them without tearing through half the strip then you have to find the very clear strip lying on the silver background. Is it in the bottom or top, heck, you can't see it, you have to scrap your finger tip against all the corners of both sides until something catches. If you haven't destroyed the strip yet then make sure your teeth are dry and the room isn't too steamy. All will be well.
